Acceptance of Terms

By registering as an affiliate with WeCare Wellness Pvt. Ltd., you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time.

Eligibility

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old and complete the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Registration is free, but KYC is mandatory for earning rewards.

Responsibilities

Affiliates are responsible for promoting WeCare Wellness products ethically and lawfully. False advertising or misrepresentation of products or compensation is prohibited.

Commission Structure

Commissions are based on the affiliate marketing model outlined in the affiliate program details. Commissions are subject to company policy changes.

Payment and Withdrawals

Earnings are credited to your affiliate account and can be withdrawn according to the company’s withdrawal policy. A minimum balance may be required for withdrawal.

Prohibited Activities

Affiliates must not :

• Use spam or unsolicited emails to promote products.
• Engage in fraudulent activities or violate any laws.
• Make false claims about product efficacy or income potential.

Termination

WeCare Wellness reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s account for any breach of these terms or unethical behavior. Upon termination, all pending commissions will be forfeited.

Privacy and Data Protection

Affiliates must comply with WeCare Wellness’s Privacy Policy. Personal data must be handled according to applicable data protection laws.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or the affiliate program will be resolved in accordance with Indian laws and regulations.
